This is a Display Board System to indicate the type of request generated from the seven individual work stations. When an user raised the query then corresponding Lamp will glow and the main Andon Display also indicate the same. The whole system is controlled with PLC and control the system as per the logical conditions. The Schematic diagram is as mentioned below

The Operating scheme is as mentioned below:

1. Duel indication lamps shall be place at 7 machines and same will be operate (On/Reset) through.
2. Duel indication lamps shall be place at 7 machines and same will be operate (On/Reset) through pendent selector switch. In pendent there would be second selector switch for selection of call type – Material / Quality / Maintenance.
3. Two types indicators are there one for demand another for break down. For no call Green light would remain ON. On type of demand selection particular Material / Quality / Maintenance would start blinking else it would be OFF.
4. If any switch become actuate at any machine, simultaneously Andon display board indication will illuminate in parallel.
5. .Product count(2 digit) display (visibility from 70 mtrs.)will be available with input command (shall be in JCB scope)at last (7th) station.
6. Reset actuator shall be available just blow the display board, can be reset manually on requirement basis.
