Chemical Recipe Machine:-

This machine was developed to make the Recipie of different composition for different gaskets. The machine is linked with database to maintain the proper record of all Chemicals to be used from Inventory control to Recipie Preparation.

In this machine, there are 16 stainless steel bins (container) with round table, a Barcode scanner, an Induction motor with gear box is used. The Barcode scanner is used to scan 16 different bins. Before making the Recipie our system first checked the availability of all the materials. Once the material with quantity is available then system generates the command to Induction Motor to start then our whole round assembly with bins start rotating. The barcode scanner continuously scans the bins to search out the desired bin. When the barcode scanner found the Recipe’s first desired bin, the system generates the command to stop the Motor. The operator can open the cap of desired bin and a weighing scale was used to measure the exact amount of material for Recipe. When an operator withdraw the exact weight of particular chemical then only motor start further rotating to search the next desired bin and in this way the process is going on till all the materials has not been withdrawn for making a complete Recipe. After completion of a Recipe a report has been generated in pdf and saved in the hard disk as per the path defined by the User.
