These test benches are used to check the leakage of the Fuel Tank & for the leakage of a cylinder. The test system is capable of detecting the leakage of 2 Pascal. In these test benches we used a leakage system of ATEQ, which are based on differential pressure measurement and have its own controller with signal conditioning for pressure sensor, so it yield better accuracy measurement with a time duration of 40 second for a control volume of 15 litre.

This system has its own proportional Valve, which can take care of over pressure for sure to avoid the damage of pressure sensor. The ATEQ system was well interlinked communicated through PLC & the overall system is controlled by a PLC to generate the necessary control signal from the system.
